Decyzja o zwrocie składki solidarnościowej

["Company"], in reference to current report No. 19/2023 regarding the introduction of the public benefit payment [solidarity contribution], informs about the decision to submit a request for the refund of the solidarity contribution paid in 2023 and supplemented in 2024 to the account of the state special purpose fund - the Price Difference Payment Fund. The amount for which the Company will request a refund is PLN 1.6 billion. The Company will inform about the subsequent significant steps in this matter through relevant current reports.
