("Bank") niniejszym informuje, że podjął uchwałę w zakresie intencji wypłacenia ok. 50% dywidendy z zysku wypracowanego w okresie od 1 stycznia do 31 grudnia 2024 r. Intencja Zarządu w zakresie wysokości dywidendy uwzględnia zarówno obecną sytuację finansową i kapitałową Banku, jak i jego plany rozwoju. Na dzień sporządzenia raportu Bank spełnia kryteria i wymogi Komisji Nadzoru Finansowego ("KNF") umożliwiające wypłatę do 50% zysku za rok 2024 w formie dywidendy, natomiast Bank nie otrzymał jeszcze od KNF indywidualnego zalecenia dywidendowego na 2025 rok potwierdzającego możliwość wypłaty dywidendy na takim poziomie. Dokładna kwota dywidendy za 2024 r. zostanie wskazana po uzyskaniu indywidualnego zalecenia dywidendowego, o którym mowa powyżej oraz pozytywnej oceny Rady Nadzorczej Banku dla wniosku Zarządu Banku o podjęcie przez Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Banku uchwały w przedmiocie sposobu podziału zysku za rok obrotowy 2024. (the "Bank") hereby informs that it has adopted a resolution regarding the intention to pay in the form of dividends approx. 50% of the profit generated in the period from January 1 to December 31, 2024. As at the date of this report, the Bank meets the criteria and requirements of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority ("PFSA") enabling the payment of up to 50% of the profit for 2024 in the form of dividends, although the Bank has not yet received an individual dividend recommendation from the PFSA for 2025 confirming the possibility of a dividend payment at this level. The exact amount of the dividend for 2024 will be indicated after obtaining the individual dividend recommendation referred to above and a positive assessment from the Bank's Supervisory Board for the Bank's Management Board's motion for the Bank's Annual General Meeting to adopt a resolution on the method of distribution of profit for the financial year 2024.
